Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
